Refund policy
At Equalizer, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Wrong color selected
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Disliking the fit, style, or design after delivery
- Minor color differences caused by screen/device display settings
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- A photo of the full item
- If multiple items are affected, a photo or video showing all affected items together
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Please note that minor print placement differences may occur during production and may not qualify as a defect unless the issue is clearly outside normal production tolerance.
Returns
In most approved defect cases, you do not need to return the item. If a return is required for any reason, we will provide further instructions.
Cancellations
Orders are sent into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel or edit it.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
