Shipping policy

All Equalizer products are made to order. After your order is placed, it goes through production before it is shipped.

Shipping times begin after production is complete. Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable. The final shipping cost depends on the products ordered, shipping destination, and available shipping method.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your order. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or reprint costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier where possible.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Order Splitting

Some items may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different production partners or facilities. If this happens, you may receive multiple packages for the same order.
